Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS INFORMATION
- Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery for an exchange (International customers have an allowance of 10 days), or store credit. This does not includes sale items, all sale items are considered final sale.
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- For hygienic reasons, all swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.
- Please email WildFigures@gmail.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
- The original postage cost is non-refundable when a return is made.
- Customers are required to pay for their return shipping costs.
FREE EXCHANGES ( ONLY IN HAWAII )
- Free Exchanges means you will receive free shipping to return your parcel back to us if you choose to exchange.
EXCHANGES ( OUTSIDE OF HAWAII)
- Customers outside of Hawaii are required to pay for their return shipping costs.
- If you have requested an exchange we'll do our best to ship this out to you ASAP!
- Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a store credit.
- We offer an exchange of size and different style, it can only be within the same collection drop. Alternatively you can return the items for a store credit (gift card) and use this to place a new order for the items you do wish to receive instead
STORE CREDIT
- Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 1 year from date of issue.
- Gift Cards cannot be refunded
BROKEN & FAULTY ITEMS
- If you receive a broken or faulty item, please contact us via email, using your order number as the subject.
- Once approved through email, follow the: STEPS FOR EXCHANGE found below to send the faulty item back to us.
- It is our policy that we must receive the broken/faulty item in order to be reviewed and approved by our team before any other steps may take place. If the customer refuses to send the broken/faulty item back, we can offer only a partial refund on a gift card.
STEPS FOR EXCHANGE
IMPORTANT: The items returned to us must be in original condition with the original packaging and ALL tags attached ( Bikini Liner included ). Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused, and sent back to customer.
Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have any sand in fabric, stains, makeup stains, deodorant stains or that smell of perfume/soap.
Step 1)
Email WildFigures@gmail.com with Your order number as the email SUBJECT.
Tell us what you would like to exchange for and why.
IMPORTANT: ***please make sure that the size in the style and color you're looking for is available on our website! ***
Please keep in mind that we only offer exchange in the ***Same Collection Drop!***
Step 2)
Once approved via email, we will provide you with an exchange number. ( If we receive an exchange without the exchange number, it will be sent back )
***VERY IMPORTANT***: Make sure to include your order Invoice with an added note, including:
- Your Exchange number.
- What you're exchanging for, and why. (ex. Swapping small bottoms for medium in same style and color, bottoms fit too tight.) That way we don't get your exchange confused.

Once our team receives and approves the return, then we will ship back to the customer.
*** Exchange pieces on our side will only be put on hold/reserved for 10 days after email confirmation with customer. It is your responsibility to make sure to send your exchange pieces to us within that 10 day frame. Otherwise, the pieces on hold will be re-listed on the website. ***

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- $35* - USPS 6-10 Business Days Priority Mail International Shipping
*Note: If any higher international cost is found to be required at the time of mailing, you will be contacted by email for your approval to add extra cost.
By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date.

IF TRACKING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY WildFigures, AND THE PARCEL WAS LOST, THE ISSUE IT OUT OF OUR CONTROL. WE RECOMMEND CONTACTING USPS/MAIL CARRIER.
Orders are processed between 3-5 Business days. We recommend ordering 10 days ahead from when you're expecting to receive your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any movement.
