How can I change or cancel my order?
- Email: Wildfigures@gmail.com ASAP to make changes to an order.
When will my order arrive?
- Generally within 3-5 business days but arrival time might be different depending on location
How much does shipping cost?
- That will be calculated at checkout and depends on which shipping method you choose. Usually we have a special deal which will offer a way to get free shipping!
How do I take care of my swimwear?
- Wash with cold water (it can go in the washing machine with other items) and air dry to prevent shrinkage.
What is your return/exchange policy?
- We offer Free Exchanges for Hawaii means you will receive free shipping to return your parcel back to us if you choose to exchange.
- Customers outside of Hawaii are required to pay for their return shipping costs.
- The items must be shipped in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way if they are we will send them back to you.
- Once your return is processed you will receive store credit (item price excluding original shipping and return shipping).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you insure your package. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

How do I request a return/exchange?
- Email Wildfigures@gmail.com with order number as the subject
- Tell us what you would like to exchange for and why
- Place items in the bag as it originally was.
- Ship it back at your own cost.
We will then either issue you your store credit (item price excluding original shipping and return shipping).
OR
Send over your new items AT OUR COST
Do I need to return the full set?
- If you are exchanging: you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange.
- If returning: the FULL set must be returned (top and bottom).
- We cannot issue store credit for a partial return of a top or bottom.
What if an item is damaged or faulty?

Email: Wildfigures@gmail.com to let us know what went wrong. We will get back ASAP to resolve the issue and if any exchange or return is necessary, that will be at OUR cost.
